Hi, I'm Caleb Coquat, owner of Cornerstone Residential Services. As a licensed residential builder and remodeler, I'm committed to delivering quality craftsmanship, honest communication, and dependable service on every project.

Family is at the center of everything I do. I've been happily married for five years and am the proud father of three wonderful children. Those values of integrity, accountability, and hard work are the foundation of both my home and my business.

In addition to owning Cornerstone Residential Services, I proudly serve as a Sergeant in the U.S. Army, where I'm a Team Leader, Combat Engineer (12B), and Licensed Practical Nurse (68C). My military career has taught me discipline, leadership, problem-solving, and attention to detail—qualities I bring to every construction project.

Before starting Cornerstone Residential Services, I spent more than seven years working alongside an experienced structural repair and remodeling contractor. That hands-on experience, combined with my military background, has equipped me to tackle projects with professionalism, precision, and a commitment to doing the job right the first time.
